Joyce Kayoka works as Accounts Assistant at Invest in Knowledge (IKI) have been working since 2012, before joining account department, Joyce worked as HIV and AIDS counsellor and Research Assistant for 3 year with Tsogolo la Thanzi one of IKI projects, Joyce is a multi –tasking lady who has been providing support to the Financial and Administrative Officer like recording day to day financial transactions, preparing vouchers and writing cheques, banking, filing, reconciling cheques after field work creating and update expense reports, she maintain digital and physical financial records, she has been entering financial information into internal data base ,filling documents and verifying the accuracy of requisition. Joyce has been handling and updating IKI assets register and inventory, and enable that the organisation has accurately record and maintain both financial and non-financial information pertaining to each asset and to easily identify and verify an asset when required. Joyce has good computer skills with a knowledge of accounting package such as QuickBooks
